From October 6 to 16, 2022 (12th edition)
We have chosen to dedicate this twelfth edition of the “Jazz & Garonne” festival to the values of Peace, Freedom, and Respect. The world is moving in all directions, it is surprising, beautiful, unpredictable, overwhelming, sometimes violent… it is ours. What if we took the road to a positive, constructive, fairer, and more respectful future? As Pierre Rabhi suggested: “Let us do our part.”
Aren’t we all just passing through this Earth…?
In all the commitments that drive us, let us do everything we can to sow and nurture positive seeds that will grow into the harvests of future generations.
Throughout history, culture has been, is, and will always be a universal language, a channel of peace. It is a source of emotion, communication, and the fruit and culmination of artists’ work.
This 12th edition of the festival aims to offer you moments of sharing, moments of exchange, through the presence and curiosity of the audience. “Whoever plants a garden becomes an ally of the light. No garden has ever emerged from darkness.” (Persian proverb).
We look forward to welcoming you to share these magical moments created by the artists, and we thank all our partners, volunteers, and you, the audience.
